Dolceria del Corso Catering, partnered with Bookings For You, in organizing a private MasterClass on Tuscan Cuisine. Tuscan Tradition & Excellence is our standard, we drove all of the ingredients of our six course menu directly from Volterra. Over the course of two days, we worked with roughly 30 travel and food bloggers. Each day, we prepared each course from scratch and directly in front of the bloggers, offering our knowledge, techniques and family secrets. Each blogger was offered the opportunity to get involved and try our techniques first hand. Below, is our menu from the MasterClass and event images courtesy of food bloggers, Tiffin And Tea.

MasterClass Menu:

  • Anti-pasti: Bruschetta Toscana, Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Crostini con Fegatini
  • Primi: Homemade Ravioli Ricotta e Spinaci con Pomodorini Pachino e Basilico, Pici all' Etrusca
  • Secondi: Coscio di Cinghiale Agli Aromi con Olive, Parmigiana di Melanzane (vegetarian main)
  • Dessert: Millefoglie Bellavista, Tiramisu

TUI fly

Event Name: Tui fly
Event Location: Palazzo Viti
Event Dates: June 9th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 2017

TUI fly is a German airline owned by TUI Group; a travel and tourism company. They came to Volterra in celebration of their resort grand opening in a neighboring town. Every third night they hosted a masquerade ball in Volterra at Palazzo Viti. Dolceria del Corso Catering was the official caterers and bar team for each masquerade, as well as, their local contact to Volterra.
